What is Boudoir?

So, What is Boudoir? Boudoir is a special kind of photography of you as a woman, generally in lingerie.  A friend of mine says "Boudoir is who you are". It is a reflection of you as a woman! It is a vulnerable confidence building experience showing you just how strong and beautiful you are.

Boudoir photography is a very personal and emotional experience for you. You spend time shopping and preparing for your session ahead of time. You are nervous and excited about what is to come. When the big day arrives you are pampered with a hair and makeup session. Then you have time spent in the studio with me feeling feminine, flirty and sexy as well as having so much fun!

Your photos are a great souvenir of your special day. I firmly believe that you NEED printed reminders of what a beautiful woman you are and all of my sessions come with some sort of printed images. Generally an album, but I also encourage wall art or framed table top art. These prints help us to remember how confident you were at your session. They remind us to be strong! They say "girl power" and "wonder woman" and "oh momma!".

We women are emotional creatures - we laugh, we cry, we love and we have all experienced loss. We want to remember our lives and our special moments with great images that we are proud to share!
